	主要特點(diǎn)



	1、效率高：整機變頻調速，工作速度數字顯示，每閥生產(chǎn)能力250-300瓶/小時(shí)。

	2、范圍大：連續灌裝容量調整范圍80-800ml （可定做更大范圍機型），適應瓶型范圍廣。

	3、高精度：酒缸數控精研加工，活塞定量貼瓶壁灌裝，無(wú)飛濺、無(wú)起沫、無(wú)滴漏等現象，標定容量精度500ml平均誤差±1.5ml。

	4、全兼容：各種玻璃、陶瓷、塑料瓶、異型瓶等容器均可實(shí)現灌裝作業(yè)。

	5、自動(dòng)化 ：進(jìn)瓶后瓶口自動(dòng)托瓶，自動(dòng)導正扶正。點(diǎn)動(dòng)同步連續調容，液晶數字精確顯示。

	6、純材料：與液體接觸的板材全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼304材質(zhì)，抗腐耐用。
