半自動(dòng)電子調容定量灌裝機



	

	主要特點(diǎn)：



	采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼精密制作，調容閥特型件采用進(jìn)口不銹鋼精密鑄造并全部用數控機床加工而成。連續調容閥和同步調容罐組合后，可實(shí)現整機的所有閥同步連續調容，能迅速

	更換出液管以適應大小不同的瓶口。適用于多種灌裝。

	高技術(shù)：

	電動(dòng)或手動(dòng)皆可使全部灌裝閥實(shí)現同步連續無(wú)級調容，顯示屏或數碼顯示器顯示調整容量以防盲動(dòng)，調整整機容量， 只需輕輕一按。

	既可同步調節，又可單閥調節。調節微調螺母可進(jìn)行單閥微調。

	上下限位保護，保證調容裝置不損壞。

	1、高精度：閥體零部件全部采用數控機床加工，關(guān)鍵部件采用高耐磨工藝處理，閥芯動(dòng)作靈活準確，穩定可靠。

	2、高速度：灌裝速度快，更換產(chǎn)品容量幾分鐘即可完成。

	3、大范圍：灌裝范圍大，適用于 55-750ml（也可定做更大范圍機型）多瓶型、多容量灌裝。

	4、真材實(shí)料：罐體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼整體制作，經(jīng)久耐用。

	是酒水、飲料、醬油、醋藥業(yè)等低粘度不含氣液體的理想灌裝設備。
