	1.一般情況下灌裝機的外殼都是采用不銹鋼制材的所以要求我不能用尖、硬的利器刮其表面。



	 



	2.設備平實(shí)的運轉有可能引起震動(dòng)和晃動(dòng)的現象，所以就要求我注意檢查螺栓的緊固情況，



	 



	3.設備免不了企管系的工作，拆洗活塞和時(shí)要同時(shí)卸下上的固定螺絲，以免在拆第一個(gè)時(shí)影響到另一個(gè)的工藝要求。



	 



	4.灌裝機清洗之前，應把內的剩余產(chǎn)品清除干凈，然后在料桶內灌滿(mǎn)柔和清洗液。如果需要可用肥皂水、酒精或其他清洗液。
