液體灌裝機的操作流程


液體灌裝機的操作流程一般為：裝有空瓶的箱子堆放在托盤(pán)上，由輸送帶送到卸托盤(pán)機，將托盤(pán)逐個(gè)卸下，箱子隨輸送帶送到卸箱機中，將空瓶從箱子中取出，空箱經(jīng)輸送帶送到洗箱機，經(jīng)清洗干凈，再輸送到裝箱機旁，以便將盛有飲料的瓶子裝入其中。從卸箱機取出的空瓶，由另一條輸送帶送入洗瓶機消毒和清洗，經(jīng)瓶子檢驗機檢驗，符合清潔標準后進(jìn)入灌裝機和封蓋機。飲料由灌裝機裝入瓶中。裝好飲料的瓶子經(jīng)封蓋機加蓋封住并輸送到貼標機貼標，貼好標簽后送至裝箱機裝入箱中再送到堆托盤(pán)機堆放在托盤(pán)上送入倉庫。
